Sourced from Sanxia District in New Taipei City, Taiwan, this tea is made from the Qingxin Gan Zai tea shoots which the little green leafhoppers feast on. Wang De Chuan's seasoned tea artisans process the fresh leaves using both Gongfu Black Tea intricate methods of kneading and oxidation as well as De Chuan's special roasting techniques.
