This tea is made from the Qingxin Gan Zai variety grown in Sanxia District, New Taipei City, where the succulent tea shoots are harvested and fixed without delay before the Tomb Sweeping Day (Qingming Festival) in the Spring. The tea brews a fresh vegetals and floral nose, with a refreshing and delicately sweet palate.
